1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website BLACKLIST.AERO (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“BLACKLIST.AERO Editorial” means a descriptive reference to independent Authors contributing Editorial Content to the Platform.
3. STRUCTURAL SEPARATION (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
The Platform operates through two distinct and independent functions:
3.1 BLACKLIST.AERO Administration
Operated by AIR JUSTICE LTD and responsible solely for:

administration of the Registry;

technical operation of the Platform;

hosting and displaying Content.
3.2 BLACKLIST.AERO Editorial
Refers to independent Authors who publish Editorial Content on the Platform.
BLACKLIST.AERO Editorial:

is not a legal entity;
-
does not constitute a department or division of AIR JUSTICE LTD;
-
operates independently from the Company.
4. ROLE OF AIR JUSTICE LTD
AIR JUSTICE LTD acts solely as:

a technical platform provider; and
-
a Registry administrator.
The Company:
-
does not act as a publisher or editor of Editorial Content;
-
does not create or author articles;
-
does not exercise editorial control over articles;
-
does not endorse or adopt any statements made in Editorial Content.
5. REGISTRY CONTENT (CLAIMS)
Claims submitted to the Registry:

are provided by Claimants;
-
reflect the Claimant’s own statements and allegations.
Each Claimant:
-
bears full legal responsibility for submitted information;
-
warrants that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
6. VERIFICATION AND OBJECTION PROCEDURE
BLACKLIST.AERO Administration may, at its sole discretion:

conduct a limited administrative review of Registry Content;
-
request supporting documents or clarifications;
-
consider objections submitted by affected parties.
7. LIMITATION OF REGISTRY RESPONSIBILITY
Any review performed by BLACKLIST.AERO Administration:
-
is procedural and administrative only;
-
does not constitute verification to a legal standard;
-
does not represent confirmation of facts.
The Company:
-
does not conduct independent investigations;
-
does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
All factual responsibility remains with the Claimant.
8. EDITORIAL CONTENT AND AUTHOR LIABILITY
All Editorial Content:
-
is created and published by independent Authors;
-
may include opinions, interpretations, and allegations;
-
is not verified or confirmed by the Company.
Each Author:
-
acts as the sole publisher of their content;
-
bears full and exclusive legal responsibility for:
-
accuracy of statements;
-
any allegations or conclusions;
-
compliance with applicable laws, including defamation laws.
9. NO PUBLISHER STATUS OF AIR JUSTICE LTD
AIR JUSTICE LTD:

is not the publisher of Editorial Content;
-
does not assume responsibility for statements made in articles;
-
does not exercise editorial control over such Content.
Any views expressed are solely those of the respective Author.
10. NATURE OF CONTENT
Content on the Platform may include:

allegations,
-
disputed claims,
-
conflicting accounts between parties.
Such Content is provided:

without any guarantee of accuracy.
11. RIGHT OF REPLY
Any individual or entity mentioned on the Platform may submit a response or objection.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
Each Claimant and Author agrees to:
indemnify and hold harmless AIR JUSTICE LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal expenses arising from Content they submit or publish.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIR JUSTICE LTD shall not be liable for:

15. LICENSE TO DISPLAY CONTENT
By submitting or publishing Content, Claimants and Authors grant AIR JUSTICE LTD:

a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display such Content on the Platform.
16. NO DUTY TO MONITOR
AIR JUSTICE LTD:

is not obligated to monitor Content continuously;

is not obligated to update or correct Content.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
