WARNING: DEFAULTER JETLUX LTD (UK) ATTEMPTS TO RETURN TO THE AVIATION MARKET AS A CHARTER BROKER

To the attention of European operators and charter brokers: the UK registered company JETLUX LTD, which in the recent past was just a firm - a pad for the Ukrainian flight support company SKY HANDLING, has launched the site https://jetlux.com/. The site is a usual interface for ordering a charter flight. Nothing unusual, an ordinary business card site. Except for a couple of things...

Firstly, JETLUX LTD is being sued in the UK by OSAGAU CHEMICALS, because Jetlux LTD owes them USD 107,818.46 for supplying aviation fuel at Ukrainian airports in 2021-2022 years.

Secondly, you will not find any legal information on the website that could give you any idea who you are entrusting your money to in case you book a charter. There are no Terms of Use or Privacy policy on the site, which is a violation of GDPR. To be more precise, there is a mention of Privacy policy, but if you want to look at the document itself, you will not find it.

The only option to book a charter is the feedback form. Why is everything so mysterious and semi-secret? Precisely because the company has creditors who could potentially turn any of the company's income to cover their claims.

JETLUX LTD is currently a "one man show" company. The company consists of one Victor Cherednichenko. He ran away in early 2022 with the company's working capital and borrowed USD 50 000 from his friends. This money he also embezzled. The entire JETLUX/SKY HANDLING team dispersed rather quickly after that. Many of them never received their wages.

The SKY HANDLING company in Ukraine was also recognized by the court as a debtor in a lawsuit filed by the state enterprise Boryspil International Airport.

After such an escape with money Cherednichenko was forced to leave business aviation for some time, as participants of the aviation market passed information about his non-payments by word of mouth, nobody wanted to work with him.

However, now the money previously withdrawn from the company JETLUX LTD, as well as the amount borrowed from friends, has run out. Victor Cherednichenko needs something to live on. Therefore, he has to return to the aviation market in an attempt to find gullible clients who know nothing about him.

At present Victor Cherednichenko remains the only founder of JETLUX LTD. The other co-founders have left the company https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07305613/filing-history   Therefore, the only thing left for him in the situation he has created is to conduct semi-underground commercial activities in the hope of not getting caught by his creditors.

Global Aviation Register of Defaulter companies BLACKLIST.AERO urges to refuse co-operation with JETLUX LTD (UK) to avoid further excesses with non-payments.

It is also important to note that JETLUX LTD has nothing in common with JET LUXE company, which is much better known on the aviation market.
