WARNING: OMDW || RA-76370 || ABAKAN AIR || PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT DEFAULTERS

Tonight, an aircraft IL-76TD with reg. number RA-76370 of ABAKAN AIR (PUMV FZE) arrived from Uganda to OMDW/Dubai Al Maktoum Airport. This company is a defaulter, against which a case has been created in the Global Aviation Register of Defaulter companies BLACKLIST.AERO. Claim amount is USD 1,037,841.60
Previously, this aircraft was stopped at HUEN/Entebbe Airport (Uganda) after a letter that BLACKLIST.AERO sent to local aviation authorities. The aircraft stood there for 11 days.
We are grateful to all three fuel companies in Entebbe for their professional solidarity. They all refused to refuel the aircraft of the defaulter company. As a result, the management of ABAKAN AIR had to "pull out" their plane, using diplomatic channels and begging for fuel from the military. Considering the nature of the cargo that ABAKAN AIR carries, and considering who it carries these very interesting cargoes to, we are not surprised that they were still given the opportunity to fly. We will probably write about the weapons stories involving ABAKAN AIR later.
Now the administration of BLACKLIST.AERO calls on all participants in the aviation market to show professional solidarity and not to cooperate with this airline at Al Maktoum Airport (Dubai). Claimant, the Dubai based company ORC AVIATION AND CHEMICALS (company name is published with claimant's approval) has already submitted official letters to the UAE aviation authorities asking not to release the plane until the case is fully resolved.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Abakan Air was designated by the U.S. OFAC on June 12, 2024, under Executive Order 14024 related to Russia. It has been officially added to the SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) list. The company accused of: supporting Russia’s defense industrial base, specifically through, arms deliveries and transport of other military equipment and conducting operations in Sub‑Saharan Africa allegedly on behalf of the private military company Wagner.
Artem Degtiarov, Chief editor at BLACKLIST.AERO
The year 2025 turned out to be one of the most difficult for aviation as a whole. One can talk endlessly about the heavy legacy of the post-COVID era, which manifested itself in a global disruption of supply chains and, as a consequence, a shortage of new aircraft and spare parts, delays in maintenance, and so on. Added to this were geopolitical risks—at times it seems the whole world wants to fight more than to create. We are living through a turning point, where the old world order has already been completely destroyed, while the new one has not yet taken on any clear shape. Aviation, in this process, is a litmus test reflecting all of these dynamics.
Creditors of SmartLynx Unite Under the Auspices of BLACKLIST.AERO
A criminal investigation has been opened into suspected fraud involving the management of SIA Smartlynx Airlines and the alleged fictitious sale of the airline to a new owner. BLACKLIST.AERO learned this information from a source familiar with the investigation. The case was initiated after a complaint was filed with the police by one of the creditors. It is also possible that additional complaints have been submitted by other defrauded counterparties of Smartlynx.
Over the past week, investment analysts from companies holding Avia Solutions Group (ASG) bonds have contacted me twice, asking for a more detailed explanation of the SmartLynx bankruptcy. Their biggest concern is that the same situation could repeat with other companies within the ASG holding.
