SCAM ALERT: NANO JETS

The Nano Jets case appears to be a textbook example of alleged fraud within the aviation industry. Following the outbreak of missile attacks launched by Iran against several Middle Eastern countries, demand for evacuation flights increased dramatically. Various opportunists and alleged scammers immediately attempted to exploit the situation, among them an individual named Orkhan Pirverdiyev and his company, Nano Jets.
According to the information provided to BLACKLIST.AERO, Pirverdiyev convinced clients that he was capable of arranging an evacuation flight from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur, with a refueling stop in Colombo, for 180 passengers aboard an Airbus A320 (Reg: 4R-EXS) operated by FitsAir.
The circumstances at the time worked in his favor, as banking operations in several jurisdictions were temporarily disrupted due to force majeure conditions. As a result, Orkhan Pirverdiyev, who reportedly resides in Spain, allegedly dispatched an associate to Dubai to collect the charter payment in cash — AED 1,010,048 (approximately USD 275,000).
After receiving the funds, Pirverdiyev allegedly disappeared for a period of time. Meanwhile, FitsAir informed the client that no payment had been received from Nano Jets. Pirverdiyev later re-established contact and reportedly promised to refund the money paid for the flight. However, shortly thereafter, he allegedly disappeared again.
This pattern is unfortunately common in alleged aviation fraud cases. Once victims begin raising public attention, the individuals involved often promise an “amicable resolution” while simultaneously attempting to buy time or avoid accountability.
Following receipt of the “CASE HAS BEEN CREATED” notification from BLACKLIST.AERO, Orkhan Pirverdiyev initially responded by stating that he intended to resolve the matter within 1–2 days. However, according to the claimant, he subsequently ceased communication entirely.
In light of these events, BLACKLIST.AERO considers it necessary to alert the aviation community and publish all relevant information currently available regarding the individuals and entities allegedly connected to this case.

After the European Business Aviation Association announced the cancellation of the EBACE 2026 exhibition, even the laziest observers said—either publicly or to themselves—“We warned you!”, addressing the organizers. At the same time, the frustration over losing the exhibition as a nostalgic symbol of business aviation mixed equally with anger that market participants had not been heard and were forced to protest with their wallets.
