CASE OF AIR CAPITAL AVIATION CORP: "MERRY WIDOW" AND ETHICAL ISSUES

The editors of BLACKLIST.AERO always strive to avoid real interference in personal life, even when it comes to persistent defaulters or inveterate scammers. We have to shove through large amounts of information about the defaulters in our cases, talk to various sources, and often collect the real picture of what happened bit by bit information that could cause a lot of trouble to all these people.

Questions of sexual orientation, extramarital affairs, issues of religious beliefs or political preferences, family troubles, illnesses. All this does not interest us much, and we never delve into such things, even if they may be a disaster for the defaulters in our cases. But where is the red line between invasion of privacy and the protection of the public interest? What are the criteria?

For us in BLACKLIST.AERO, these criteria are as transparent and clear as possible – the main question that we always ask ourselves when we receive such information: "Does this information affect the essence of the case? Does this play any role in the events that led to non-payment or an act of fraud?"

Another thing is when certain addictions are directly related to the circumstances of non-payment or fraud. For example, the fact that the real owner of JAF EUROPE LTD and iFUEL AG, RINAD EL-RABAA, is a big fan of cocaine and loud parties (where this cocaine was used in fair quantities) caused a large hole in the JAF Europe’s working capital and led to non-payments to counterparties.

It was the addiction of the former owner of SUNKAR AIR, Talgat Zholdybayev, to gambling, that led to the fact that he could come to pick up the plane from maintenance with a suitcase of cash and, as a result, leave all the money in the casino.

Is the publication of such facts an invasion of privacy? According to the BLACKLIST.AERO team - NO. Because these facts illustrate a direct cause-and-effect relationship between non-payments and the causes of their occurrence.

Am I afraid of the legal consequences of making this information public? Not only am I not afraid, but I would like one of these couple to sue me! And then I could bring witnesses to the court who will testify under oath to back up my claims. And then the information that I have made public here will no longer be just lines in an article, but a procedural legal document.

That is why neither Rinad nor Talgat have yet taken legal action. Instead, they, along with other crooks I have written about many times, finance black PR actions on the Internet against BLACKLIST.AERO and me personally (published on fake sites by non-existent "journalists").

The same thing happens when the defaulters in our cases try to hide behind the backs of their relatives, indicating them as beneficiaries or top managers of companies whose real owners are themselves. After we publicly reveal such facts, they try to scream that "BLACKLIST.AERO invades privacy." But allow me, gentlemen, it is you who make your relatives the target of a journalistic investigation when you tell us that you have nothing to do with the company!

This was the case with the above-mentioned Rinad El-Rabaa, who in a comment told us that he was only hired by JAF EUROPE LTD and was never its beneficiary. And when we mentioned publicly the fact that his father Izzat El-Rabaa and his wife Kareryna Voznenko were listed as beneficiaries and directors of this company in different years,  Which is confirmed by documents, he began to whine about the "invasion of privacy". But in such cases, arguments about personal life do not stand up to criticism. From the moment a person becomes a director of a company, within the framework of this company's activities, he is not a private, but a public person. It is time to remember this for everyone who is trying to hide behind the backs of relatives and friends.

Something similar happened in the case of AIR CAPITAL AVIATION CORP (USA). A claimant in its case reported that this company accepted an advance payment for an aircraft spare part, which was to be repaired in the future, but sent the spare part to non-serviceable conditions. The spare part sent by Air Capital Aviation Corp was real garbage from a landfill by fact. This conclusion was issued by a specialized licensed service organization that received the spare part for subsequent repair.

Initially, the owner of Air Capital Aviation Corp LUIS BELLO tried to talk about the fact that no one else in this story understands the degrees of condition of spare parts. However, when it came to an independent examination with the involvement of the Federal Aviation Administration in the close future, he began to "backpedal" and agreed to return the money for the spare part. Naturally, claimant undertook to return the "spare part" supplied by Air Capital immediately after receiving his money back. Until then, the specified part must be in the warehouse of the service organization as evidence, if it is still necessary to involve the FAA.

Experts in the field of MRO who read this text have probably already guessed: later it turned out that Air Capital Aviation Corp had more than one or two such cases. As it turned out, Luis Bello is systematically engaged in the supply of substandard spare parts to unsuspecting customers. His initial calculation in such operations is that the dispute takes time and efforts. Not everyone is ready to dispute the “categories of freshness of shit”. And the money is already in your pocket, and try to take it away. You'll go crazy!

In fact, he himself confirmed this, when for several months he promised to send recovery payment ("We are on it, getting money from a sale", "Yes one sec my partner gets here today in the afternoon from Boswana with either the money" and everything in the same vein), and then he said that a whole line of companies lined up to him,  demanding their money. And some are very dangerous for him because of their proximity to the American authorities. Therefore, he must return the money to them in the first place.

“I have 4 clients that I owe money to do I have signed agreements with them , they all are here in USA  so I have to focus on that”

“I have legal commitment in USA mía where clients can take the little I have if I don’t pay do In order of survival they come first”.

Well, all such stories are repeated in the aviation (and not only) market all the time. There are always swindlers who cannot engage in normal, transparent business, they constantly have to lie and get out of it, they simply do not know how to do it any other way.

Some time ago BLACKLIST. AERO's Operation team found out from sources in the US that when
Air Capital Aviation Corp's reputation was completely ruined, Luis Bello continued his operations through another company called REDI & CO LLC. And so, when we started digging into this company, it wasn't just Luis who appeared.

An email BLACKLIST.AERO received from a certain Eliana Fernanda Diaz Camacho. In which she claimed that she is the sole owner of the company and had no relationship with Air Capital Aviation Corp.

«I am writing to you in my capacity as the sole founder, owner, and legal representative of the company REDI, which was lawfully established one year ago. I hereby express my strongest objection and urgent demand regarding the arbitrary and unjustified inclusion of my company on a blacklist or restrictive list within the aviation sector».

Luis Bello repeated the same version:

«Guys I need you to remove Redi &co from any connection with this debt or this collection process. Air capital has nothing to do with that company and or it an owners, you guys have to stop putting people that have nothing with air capital associated in this ridiculous process.  If you don’t they will get together and go to you after for damages»

Well, after an hour, the team did BLACKLIST.AERO know the real situation, which resembled the story of Rinad El-Rabaa and his "owner of JAF EUROPE LTD" wife Kateryna Voznenko.

In addition to the fact that Eliana Diaz Camacho previously worked for Air Capital Aviation Corp and the REDI & CO office is a 3-minute walk from Air Capital Aviation Corp's office, BLACKIST.AERO learned more delicate details. For example, the fact that Luis Bello and Eliana Diaz are the bride and groom. At least, this is how Luis Bello introduced Eliana to his acquaintances by sending a corresponding photo.

Before making public such details (which, of course, are not shameful), the editors BLACKLIST.AERO for a comment on Eliane Diaz and Luis Bello. In response, they decided to play out a real drama.

Commented by Eliana Diaz:

 "To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally respond to the serious and false allegations that have been made against me and my business. What is being stated is a completely false and utterly unacceptable defamation of character. These claims are not only without merit, but they are also deeply damaging and legally actionable under U.S. defamation law.

Let me be absolutely clear: I am a widow and have been for the past four years. Since the passing of my husband, I have not had a spouse or fiancé, contrary to what is being falsely claimed. These baseless accusations have caused me significant emotional distress and have severely harmed both my personal reputation and the reputation of my company.

From the beginning, I have made every effort to resolve this situation in the most respectful and amicable manner possible. However, in light of these continued and unfounded accusations made without a single piece of evidence, I am left with no other option but to initiate legal action.

I consider this a blatant attack not only on my business but also on my person. I am currently in a situation of defenselessness, and these slanderous statements have crossed every ethical and legal boundary. I am fully prepared to seek compensation for the damages caused to my name, livelihood, and emotional well-being.

I demand an immediate retraction of these false claims and a cessation of any further defamatory conduct. Failure to do so will result in legal action without further notice.

Sincerely,

Eliana Diaz"

Luis Bello’s comment:

«Eliana and I have noting personal going on or it never went on. She has noting to do with me .

I move on to any new location, and her and I separated and I have no more involvement at all in any way with her»

In my opinion, after such a comment, everything is clear. Luis Bello used his relationship with Eliana Diaz to help him continue to occupy his affairs with “categories of freshness of shit” through a company that was opened in her name. When BLACKLIST.AERO revealed this fact, drama began in their relationship.

And here I ask myself a moral and ethical question: did our team have the right to interfere in the personal lives of these two characters? Believe me, when we find out certain details of the personal lives of defaulters in the Register BLACKLIST.AERO Register I ALWAYS ask myself this question. And in this concrete case my position is absolutely unequivocal: YES – we had.

First, because this personal connection directly affects Luis Bello's fraudulent business. And REDI & CO customers have a right to know who they are really dealing with.

Secondly, we really don't like it when people lie to us. When they try to deceive us by any means. Because of this, we have to spend much more time checking certain facts. And our time is worth a lot. And we will not allow anyone to waste it.

The BLACKLIST.AERO team always strives to be on the bright side of history. We have repeatedly declined cases, when the facts turned out to be on the side of the company in respect of which the case was created.

We also always try to help a defaulter company, when the management of such a company makes real efforts to get out of debt. We are not beasts and not cynics. JUSTICE is important to us. No matter how pathetic it may sound.

Therefore, in conclusion of this story, I want to declare to everyone: I am ready to personally take all legal, professional and moral responsibility for every word written in this article. As always. And the moral is very simple - never lie to the BLACKLIST.AERO.

NIGERIAN CAA: CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION

Article thumbnail The case of the company BAZE RESEARCH AND DATA SERVICES from Nigeria began quite ordinary. Everything indicated that another crook wanted to “leave the restaurant without paying the bill.” Even the fact that this crook turned out to be a fairly well-known businessman and politician in Nigeria Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed did not play any role - our registry is full of such high-ranking defaulters or outright scammers. For some reason, they believe that their financial situation and high social status in their own countries should somehow faze us and make us shut up. But, as you know, all this “mumbo jumbo” does not bother us at all.

WHERE “NEXUS – PLEXUS” HIDES MILLIONS STOLEN FROM HIS CREDITORS

Article thumbnail For almost a year now, the BLACKLIST.AERO administration has had information about a significant part of Abdullah Al-Sayed’s assets, which he acquired with the money stolen from NEXUS FLIGHT OPERATIONS creditors. However, the information we obtained was kept away from the public. Instead of making it public, we decided to pass on all the information we had to the trustee Jumana Majdi Qutub in Saudi Arabia, who is searching for NEXUS assets for subsequent compensation of losses to the creditors of this company.
