MERKUR LEAVES ORBIT

What the BLACKLIST.AERO warned aviation market participants about for many months has come to pass. Merkur Holding (Turkey) is actually ceasing its activities in aviation.
Currently, all licenses for ground administration at Turkish airports have either already expired or will expire in the near future and the company does not intend to renew them. This became known directly from the co-owner of Merkur Halis Din in a comment to BLACKLIST.AERO
At first, the news that the licenses of the companies that are part of Merkur Hilding have been suspended was told to me by several sources in the aviation market at once. But I decided that despite all the dirt that Halis Din had previously tried to throw at me, journalistic ethics required me to try to get his comment on such an important issue. Halis didn't deny it:
“Its our decision, we did not extend licenses. Some of them valid but when expire we will not extend as we do not want to be in representation Business anymore”
“Its enough, I’m 50 and need less stress”, added Halis.
Well, the "descent from orbit" that took place was predicted long ago in the light of all the information about the huge debt of Merkur Holding to Istanbul Airport and a large number of debts for smaller amounts to various service providers and other counterparties.
In this regard, I would like to note that until the last moment BLACKLIST.AERO and I personally tried not to publicize the cases that began to appear in relation to Merkur in the Register and tried to solve these problems in a friendly manner. We understood that the hype around Merkur Holding could kill the company. We always try to avoid this exactly as long as the debtor makes real efforts to correct the situation.
But after Khalis deceived us three times, making empty promises and naming refund dates that were not realized, we had to act according to our rules and start public and paralegal actions. Which led to a completely inadequate reaction from Halis Dean and all those dramatic events that the aviation community has witnessed for more than a year.
Halis's war in the information space with BLACKLIST.AERO and with me personally due to the fact that I published data on Merkur's debts only accelerated the actual death of the company. Well, when the co-owner of the company in conversations with his own clients informs that he intends to order my murder to his shadow partner, this has already completely discouraged even the most loyal clients from cooperating.
Following the customers, employees began to leave the company en masse. Halis tried to replace the departed professionals with students. But this only prolonged the company's agony for a couple of months. To date, the company has neither money for operating activities, nor people who could carry out these activities professionally.
But Halis Din does not intend to retire completely at the age of 50. He has high hopes for the crypto industry. By his own admission, he is organizing a crypto exchange in Antalya. Well, let's wish him good luck...
P.S. And MERKUR's debts to companies that previously created cases in the BLACKLIST.AERO Register will still have to be returned. Perhaps they will agree to accept payments in crypto currency ;)
