HEY RINAD, HAVE YOU DECIDED TO DEBATE PUBLICLY?! SO COME ON!

The PR activity of the defendants in the cases in the BLACKLIST.AERO Registry is always a subject of our intense interest. After all, instead of paying off their debts, they spend a lot of money on creating a public image of honest and successful businessmen. Which they are absolutely not.

As you know, Rinad El-Rabaa did not comment on the facts that were published in the article “EDITORIUM: WHY WE URGE TO STOP OPERATIONS WITH iFUEL AG” for a long time. But not long ago, after, apparently, a new investor began asking him uncomfortable questions, Rinad decided to state his position publicly. As we managed to find out, the publication in the magazine cost him 8,000 dirhams.

Rinad tried to comment on being included in the TOP-5 Defaulters in Business Aviation by BLACKLIST.AERO in 2023 in such a way as not to answer any of our questions. And then he did everything so that we did not find out about his “interview”. And when we did find out, the editors of that magazine simply removed all mentions of BLACKLIST.AERO from the electronic version of the publication.

Although in my letter to the editor of the magazine, I emphasized that BLACKLIST.AERO does not intend to insist on removing any mentions of us. On the contrary, we are extremely interested in Rinad El-Rabaa’s passages about BLACKLIST.AERO being publicly recorded. Since this is the first time he has lied about us publicly, so to speak, “officially”. And most importantly, the first time he did it under his own name.

I only demanded three physical copies of this magazine and the right to publish our position in the same magazine. But the editors were simply scared.

However, Rinad forgot to remove his “gems” from the iFuel website, where some texts were copied. Therefore, you and I can still find out that apparently:

In my situation, Blacklist Aero is backed by a reputable company that I will not name in this interview. This company is attempting to tarnish my reputation through illegal means. The issue began with JAF Europe, a company that specialized in refueling services. Unfortunately, JAF Europe became insolvent due to unpaid invoices from some clients, leading to bankruptcy in July 2020. This is a commercial issue, and the illegal tactics employed by this supplier are unacceptable in any industry. I've worked tirelessly to establish a new business, fostering good relationships with suppliers and clients based on trust, professionalism, and hard work. Unfortunately, the supplier, who suffered losses in 2020, is now trying to damage iFuel and my reputation. They hired Blacklist, which has been contacting my family, former and current employees, and clients. They have crossed a line by using non-commercial methods and pressure tactics, including spreading false articles about me and the company. They even proposed removing these articles if I complied, revealing their true intentions and motives. Anyone interested can simply Google Blacklist Aero or Artem Degtiarov for more information about the methods used by this contracted company”.

In this regard, I would like to publicly ask Rinad El-Rabaa the following questions:

1. Who, when and under what circumstances has suggested that you remove articles about the debt of the JAF EUROPE LTF company or about you personally from the BLACKLIST.AERO website?

2. What specific publications about BLACKLIST.AERO and me personally do you recommend readers read? Aren’t these the same publications, preparation and publication of which you have organized and paid for in collaboration with several other figures in the TOP-5 Defaulters in Business Aviation by BLACKLISTAERO?

3. The iFUEL AG website and all promotional publications feature large photographs of fuel tankers and other airfield equipment with the iFUEL logo.

QUESTION: Could you confirm or deny the information that all these photographs are fake and that iFUEL does not have a SINGLE fuel tanker at any airport in the world.

4. Two weeks ago, our partners received an official email signed by you. The email contained a demand to remove all references about you from the BLACKLIST.AERO website. This email was sent from the email address Aero News <newsaero7@gmail.com>

QUESTION: Do you confirm that you sent this email from the specified email address? An official journalistic request on this matter was sent twice to your corporate email at iFUEL AG, with all departments in CC. But we have not received a response from you for more than two weeks.

5. At the beginning of 2022, in your letter to the administration of the BLACKLIST.AERO Registry, you stated the following:

I have received the below information from JAF Europe Ltd and i would suggest to refrain from blacklisting or using my name in your organisation.

I have been an employee of JAF Europe Ltd and have resigned from my position a while back ago. I was not a director nor a shareholder of the company (moreover i haven’t signed any agreements with them) and therefore i am not legally responsible for the below situation. It is true that JAF Europe Ltd went into financial crisis when covid began however i have nothing to do with this.

I therefore strongly suggest to contact the management of JAF Europe Ltd to resolve this situation. In case my name appears in your portal i will have no choice but to use legal action against blacklist.aero and Georgian Petroleum for using my name and of multiple accounts of corruption that i am aware of when being an employee for JAF Europe Ltd. I am not bringing that up now however if my name is unfairly used in this case i will have no choice but pursue a legal action on those basis”.

QUESTION: Where is your lawsuit against BLACKLIST.AERO?

P.S. Rinad, I asked these questions publicly and I expect that you will not act like a coward once again, yet you will be brave enough to answer them in public.

Artem Degtiarov, Chief editor at BLACKLIST.AERO

“ROGUE KNIGHTS” FROM HARMONY JETS IN MALTA ARE ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING???

Article thumbnail In order to understand why companies like HARMONY JETS can do what they do with impunity, I had to fly to Malta. So to speak, “to the stomping ground” of these crooks. Only on the spot was it possible to find out who was covering them - by their active actions or deliberate non-interference. And at the same time to understand why HARMONY JETS flights are cancelled, and their aircraft remain on the ramp.

PRIVATE JET CHARTER IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY: FACTS

Article thumbnail As it often happens after our first publications about a defaulter, more and more details, new cases, new evidence begin to appear. This is what happened with the PRIVATE JET CHARTER LIMITED (UK) case, the article about which caused a real stir. The information received and new cases leave no doubt to the BLACKLIST.AERO editorial team: the non-payments of this company are not accidents, but episodes of an openly fraudulent scheme. These are not tricks, not traps - this is a criminal offense in its purest form.
