WHERE “NEXUS – PLEXUS” HIDES MILLIONS STOLEN FROM HIS CREDITORS

For almost a year now, the BLACKLIST.AERO administration has had information about a significant part of Abdullah Al-Sayed’s assets, which he acquired with the money stolen from NEXUS FLIGHT OPERATIONS creditors. However, the information we obtained was kept away from the public. Instead of making it public, we decided to pass on all the information we had to the trustee Jumana Majdi Qutub in Saudi Arabia, who is searching for NEXUS assets for subsequent compensation of losses to the creditors of this company.
All this time, we hoped that the information obtained thanks to our publicity would help the Saudi Arabian authorities restore justice in the case of millions stolen from 501 creditors of NEXUS FLIGHT OPERATIONS. However, new information received last week forces us to break the silence and make public some of the facts known to us.
GREEK LANDLORD
Namely, we learned that Abdullah Al-Sayed is secretly looking for buyers for his assets in Greece, which became known to BLACKLIST.AERO earlier. In particular, we handed over to the Saudi Arabian authorities, represented by a trustee, a contract for the purchase of 13 hectares is located in Capandriti area of Attica region, close to Athens, which Abdullah Al-Sayed concluded in his own name.
The editorial staff of BLACKLIST.AERO has obtained a complete document on the purchase and sale of this plot of land, which can be presented as evidence in court. We also provided the Saudi authorities, represented by Jumana Majdi Qutub, with the contacts of all the lawyers who participated in the transaction and the tax number of Abdullah Al-Sayed in Greece. We received all this information from a source who did not want to give us his name. However, we later found a witness who will be willing to testify in court and confirm the veracity of the information we provided.
That’s why Abdullah Al-Sayed is trying now to find a buyer without putting this plot up for official sale.
Interesting detail: it is noteworthy that the transaction amount in the land purchase contract by Abdullah Al-Sayed is 250,000 euros. That is, exactly enough to obtain a residence permit in Greece as an investor. However, according to our information, such a huge piece of land in close proximity to the sea costs several times more. This fact of potential fraud with the cost of the plot in the future may well become the basis for initiating a criminal case. The contract specifies the seller, describes in great detail (several pages) how the seller acquired this land, etc.
According to our information, Abdullah Al-Sayed planned to start building a villa for himself on this huge piece of land this spring. Considering that he also has a small but steadily developing business in Greece (which we will also tell you about), we can assume that by buying land for construction, receiving a residence permit and investing money in the local business “Nexus – Plexus” was preparing a cozy place for himself where he could spend his retirement.
And the fact that Abdullah Al-Sayed has been feeling clearly unwell lately and has long wanted to withdraw from the operational management of his projects, simply enjoying the opportunity to spend the loot, we know from several sources at once. Now Abdullah is actively preparing his daughter to take his place. Not everywhere, of course. But, according to our character, his daughter will be able to supervise aviation projects.
Although it is certainly too early for retirement, considering that he is not yet fifty. But considering the "scale of the work done" and the numerous consequences of this "work" for those who had the misfortune of collaborating with Abdullah Al-Sayed, this looks more like a desire to take time off and step into the shadows for a while.
THE BAGEL KING
However, the activity of BLACKLIST.AERO has once again forced Abdullah to change his plans and quickly “get out of Dodge” in Greece. In addition to buyers for the land, he is looking for (and according to some sources, has already found) buyers for his business in Greece. We found this business by finding interesting photos on the Internet.
And what kind of business do you think this is??? A bagel factory! Yes, that’s right. Not some small bakery, but a factory that makes semi-finished products for bakeries. This project was carried out together with a Greek-American born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City pastry chef named Leo and is called LEO’S HOUSE OF BAGELS. The production is located at: ΙΩΑΝΝΟΥ ΠΡΟΔΡΟΜΟΥ 7Α, Pallini 153 51, Greece
Despite the fact that bagels are produced in Greece, the technology for producing these semi-finished products allows for exporting products to different countries. For example, Abdullah Al-Sayed opened one of the shops in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) right in the building where his office is located.
In addition to the photographs found by the BLACKLIST.AERO editorial team, we also obtained other facts that allow us to prove Abdullah Al-Sayed’s beneficial ownership of this factory. If necessary, these facts could be presented in court. According to our data, Abdullah Al-Sayed initially owned a 60% stake. However, not long ago, he increased his share in the authorized capital to 100%.
HIDDEN BANK ACCOUNT
However, the bulk of the money stolen from Nexus Flight Operation creditors was accumulated by Abdullah Al-Sayed in Monaco, in an account at Edmond de Rothschild Bank. When we contacted the bank and informed them that the funds stored in Abdullah Al-Sayed’s account were stolen, the bank itself initially diplomatically stated that they could neither confirm nor deny the existence of such a client (what else could you expect from a bank generally). However, the subsequent reaction of the top management of the Monaco branch of this bank to our public and paralegal actions allowed us to confidently conclude that our information is true.
It is clear that after the management of Edmond de Rothschild Bank informed Abdullah Al-Sayed about BLACKLIST.AERO’s interest to his account, he was seriously worried. We have not yet been able to find out whether he has found a new shelter for the loot. But the fact that we do not stop in our search certainly does not give him the opportunity to carefreely enjoy his wealth.
One of Abdullah Al-Sayed’s weaknesses is his love for exclusive wristwatches. According to our sources, Abdullah loves to buy watches, the average cost of which is 200 thousand euros. The sale of his watch collection alone would be enough to cover at least a third of his debts. However, he hopes to the last to outsmart everyone and keep the loot.
Another fact of “going into cash” is the sale by Abdullah of 51% of the authorized capital of the PLEXUS AVIATION SERVICES (India) company to an Indian businessman Mohit Singhal.

This company was opened with great pomp, and the bulk of people from NEXUS FLIGHT OPERATION moved there. But now it is attracting unnecessary attention, so Al-Sayed has found the best way out for himself.
And what about trustee Jumana Majdi Qutub, who is supposed to be looking for Nexus Flight Operations assets by law? So far, apparently, she is still trying to find ways to convert the assets of Abdullah Al-Sayed’s American company Wyvern, which we wrote about earlier, to the benefit of Nexus’ creditors. However, no results have been provided over the past two years.
From my point of view, it is extremely suspicious that Abdullah Al-Sayed began all these movements to get rid of assets after we handed over all the information about his hidden assets in Greece and other countries to the bankruptcy trustee who is handling the bankruptcy of Nexus.
I am still far from directly accusing the bankruptcy trustee of corruption and collusion with the person who filed for bankruptcy. However, the fact that the crook who has put so much effort into building such a solid “backup airfield” in Greece suddenly starts getting rid of everything that is documented with his name precisely after we informed an official in Saudi Arabia about this is hardly a coincidence.
But the most unfortunate fact is that Article 205 of the Saudi Companies Law gives the liquidator (trustee) 3 years to search for the assets of a company subject to liquidation. And these three years are soon expiring.
The law provides for the possibility of extending the liquidation period. However, to do so, the trustee must file a petition with the court. And only by decision of the competent court can the liquidation period of the company be extended. Whether Jumana Majdi Qutub intends to file a corresponding petition, we do not yet know. However, if not filed, given all the facts I have disclosed (which Jumana Majdi Qutub was informed of a year ago) it will be important evidence that does not at all indicate banal negligence, as you understand.
Well, let us leave a couple more tricks up our sleeve. We know about another serious business of Abdullah Al-Sayed, information about which gave us a full understanding of why this man has remained unpunished for so many years. If the Saudi authorities do not take decisive action to restore justice for 501 creditors of Nexus Flight Operations, we will have to make it public as well.
However, we understand that disclosing in more detail what I have just said affects the personal lives of people to whom Abdullah Al-Sayed can only serve tea. In addition, this particular case affects the interests of several states at a high level. In fact, Adullah Al-Sayed has made the interests of these high-ranking people and countries hostage to his impunity. But I still have a glimmer of hope that these people are much smarter than the one who made them his hostages, despite the huge difference in status and influence. And that they will be able to break this toxic connection. Therefore, we will not disclose the details until the very end, I beg your pardon.
In conclusion, I want to say this: I am well aware of the serious consequences my articles have for Abdullah Al-Sayed and I am well aware of how dangerous this person can be for me personally. For example, my article “Nexus - Plexus where are you?!” cost Abdullah a contract with the world’s largest oil and gas company ARAMCO. After reading my article, Aramco management canceled the signing of the contract, which had already been agreed upon and was being prepared for signing.
It was this fact that led to Abdullah Al-Sayed’s anger knowing no bounds, to the point that he decided to falsify charges against me in order to open a case with the Dubai police, which I wrote about in my article “Nexus - Plexus, Wyvern and the Dubai Police”. Having failed to achieve his goal, Abdullah decided to help another crook, his friend and junior business partner Rinad El-Rabaa from JAF EUROPE and iFUEL AG, fabricate and publish articles and videos from fictitious “authors” in order to try to undermine my reputation. The amount of outright nonsense and dirt has been poured out over the past year- year and a half is not small. But this did not help them.
I am well aware that the facts I have presented can play an even more destructive role for this crook’s business. And I understand that in light of new threats, he may decide to take much more decisive actions against me personally. But I want Abdullah Al-Sayed to know that I understand the difference between fear and apprehension very well. Fear paralyzes the will. Apprehension makes you think through your steps more clearly in order to ultimately achieve your goal. Therefore: being well aware of all of the above, I and the BLACKLIST.AERO team will not stop until justice prevails.
